When traveling to Peru, many people tend to focus on the major attractions in the region. Machu Picchu, in the heart of the Sacred Valley, is a much-visited attraction. In Huaci at Cusco, you’ll find many heritage reels hidden among the peaks. Peaks that are associated with the ancient Inca tribes. You can still find tracks that lead up to the ancient city right next to the mountain. In fact, you will see no major tracks in the area that lead up to the city. There are a few that are placed here, but most are just digging out the soil to show explorers that there certainly did exist ancient settlements in this area.
The enchantment of the Sacred Valley is the evocativeness of the landscape. You can see the volcanoes when driving toward the valley. And, at the end of the day, there are many still remain for you to see.

You can get to the Sacred Valley byPeruvian Railways as well as by going on open tours. Going by rail allows visitors to jump on and off at many different locations in the valley.
